Ultramill Roto is a new generation versatile plate beveller combining features of its original version Ultramill and Ultramill UpD. Can bevel virtually any hardness of steel. This machine can achieve a bevel width of 80 mm at a bevelling angle between 0° and 90°. The standard plate thickness for Ultramill Roto is 6 to 120 mm.

Ultramill Roto is designed for straight edge bevelling but accepts some curved edges as well. It is unique bevelling system achieves a mirror finish as the machine is moving along the plate at variable speeds by means of two propelling wheels. The machine is equipped with a sensor that stops the rotation of the milling tool when it reaches the end of the plate.

Ultramill Roto has a roughness elimination system which helps in case of plate thickness imperfection. It provides convenient use especially to customers with the occasional need of upper and bottom side plate bevelling. Using a rotary system can be easily set to the required side. Thereby saves cost for another machine and so does the storage space.
